Medevangelism

We define Medevangilism as the practice of enlisting the power, reach and influence of church leaders to educate, reinforce and engage their congregations about the vital role that heart health plays in improving and sustaining their overall health.

We have found that because people are more likely to respond to individuals they know and trust, Medevangelism is an extremely effective way of spreading the gospel about the lifelong benefits of cardiovascular wellness. Medevangelism serves as an ever-present reminder of the importance of empowering the community to seek out and practice preventative heart healthcare and participate in cardiovascular wellness activities and programs.
